We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in Westmeath. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in shaping the organization's culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
* Manage employee onboarding process to ensure positive experiences
* Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement performance management systems
* Handle grievance and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Oversee employee benefit programs and ensure timely renewal of contracts
* Design and deliver engaging employee initiatives to promote job satisfaction and well-being
* Prepare and present regular HR reports to senior management teams
* Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a third-level qualification in HR or CIPD, along with at least 4 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude, interest in career progression, and experience in a unionized environment are desirable qualities. Knowledge of Irish employment law, particularly handling grievances and disciplinaries, is essential.
