Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, encompassing tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Coordinate and schedule appointments Covering reception Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries Handling incoming and outgoing post Follow procedures and comply with policies Various other ad hoc duties as required Requirements: Experience in a Medical/GP setting is desirable Proficient in using word/excel Strong typing skills Organisational and time management skills.
