Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mep Cost Manager to join our team in Dublin. As an independent project, we require a senior quantity surveyor to work closely with our commercial team on high-profile developments.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead a team of quantity surveyors, overseeing landmark projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree qualification in construction economics or quantity surveying is essential for this role.
* Prior experience as a PQS (Quantity Surveyor) is mandatory; 7+ years of experience would be ideal.
* Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills is necessary for success in this position.
