Job Title: Receptionist / Switchboard Operator
Location: Limerick (Ballysimon Road area)
Contract: Temporary 4 Week Contract
Salary: €16.93 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm / 12:30pm - 8:30pm shifts

A leading organisation in the healthcare sector is relocating to a new facility and requires an experienced receptionist to provide professional front-of-house and telephone support during this busy transition period.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls, transferring to the correct departments
2. Take accurate and detailed messages
3. Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional manner
4. Provide clear and accurate directions to different areas of the facility
5. Maintain confidentiality in line with organisational policies
6. Ensure a welcoming and professional reception environment
Candidate Requirements
7. Proven experience in a high-volume reception or customer service role (e.g. hotel front desk, call centre, banking, healthcare)
8. Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
9. Professional appearance and presentation
10. Ability to work efficiently under pressure
11. Immediate availability for the full contract period
