The role will involve support for the Head of Compliance and Safety in the followingareas:• Management of audits and production of audit reports.• Follow up and closure of any non-conformances identified.• Monitoring and amendment of the organisation's procedures.• Issue /renewal/cancellation of Personal Authorisation Certificates.• Liaise with NAAs regarding the issue and renewal of approvals.• Liaise with operators regarding compliance audits and surveys.• Promote the Compliance and Safety policy.• Participate in the safety reporting scheme and occurrence reporting system.• Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Head of Compliance &Safety.To be successful at this role you should be able to demonstrate the following:• A good working knowledge and understanding of EASA Part-145 and Safetyregulations• Appropriate compliance/auditing qualifications and experience• Previous experience in a Part-145 and/or CAMO• Ability to liaise with engineers, customers and NAAs as applicable• Excellent communication skills• Excellent report writing skillsAll applicants must demonstrate their legal right to work and reside in the Republic ofIreland.
