We are currently recruiting for an experiencedProject Managerto oversee the day-to-day delivery ofbus stop infrastructure contractsacrossLeinster. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a strong civil engineering and operations background, capable of managing multiple sites and coordinating effectively with public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight:Manage execution of bus stop contracts, ensuring delivery according to specifications, schedules, and budgets.
* Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as the primary liaison with the NTA Project Manager; attend weekly contract meetings.
* Operations Management:Coordinate programming and scheduling of works across multiple daily sites, overseeing teams and subcontractors.
* Public Realm Coordination:Interface with local authorities and utilities; manage TM plans, Road Opening Licenses (ROLs), and other regulatory needs.
* Engineering Support:Work with Civil Engineering consultants to facilitate site surveys and construction drawings.
* Commercial Collaboration:Support Quantity Surveyors in project valuations, budgeting, and cost control.
* Team Leadership:Supervise and delegate to foremen, QS, admin, and skilled site teams.
* Health & Safety:Ensure full compliance with all H&S legislation and company policies.
* Documentation:Maintain accurate records, including safety files, progress reports, and site documentation.
* Software Use:Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Project for planning, documentation, and reporting.
* Project Scope:Up to1,000 bus stopsranging from simple pole installations to complex hardstanding and line marking works.
* Contract Value:Approximately€2.5 million annually.
* Location Range:All sites are within 50 miles ofDublin City.
