Key Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash, card, contactless).
* Serve tea, coffee, soft drinks, snacks, and hot/cold food items.
* Ensure all food and drinks are presented to a high standard.
* Assist passengers with queries relating to café services.
* Restock fridges, shelves, and food displays as required.
Hygiene & Safety
* Maintain a clean and tidy service area, tables, and counters.
* Wash dishes, cutlery, and utensils as needed.
* Comply with HACCP and food safety standards.
* Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages.
* Dispose of waste correctly and keep the café presentable at all times.
General Duties
* Open and close the café when required, following set procedures.
* Assist in receiving and checking deliveries.
* Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills & Requirements
* Previous café, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (training provided).
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure during busy times.
* Flexible availability, including weekends.
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
