Job Title: Team Leader
About the Role:
The Team Leader will assist in delivering a quality service to clients.
They will play a key role in managing and planning the existing service for adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities and complex health needs.
Responsibilities include implementing and ensuring standards while overseeing the delivery of a quality service.
* Manage the day-to-day delivery of a person-centred service for all clients
* Provide support to staff within the service, maintaining rotas, training, leadership, supervision, support/care plans and communication across various shifts
* Liaise with families and other personnel as directed
* Adhere to and ensure required standards in line with regulations
Requirements:
We are seeking an individual with excellent leadership skills and experience working with vulnerable adults.
You should be able to implement and maintain high-quality standards and provide support to staff to enable them to deliver exceptional care.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
