Everything we do starts with community.The RoleWe are hiring aContent & Community Leadto help define and deliver SocialTies' voice in the world.This is an early-stage, hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, understands grassroots sport, and wants to be close to communities. You will personally produce the majority of SocialTies' content while also helping local organisations succeed on the platform.This is not a senior leadership role on day one. However, for the right person, there is a clear path toSenior Content Manager / Head of Contentwithin 12–18 months as the company scales.You will be on camera. Over time, you will become a recognisable face of SocialTies across social channels and within the communities we serve.What You Will DoContent Creation (Primary Focus)Create high-quality, original content across SocialTies' channels, with Instagram as the priority platformProduce matchday, event, and community-led content on locationLead interviews, features, and on-camera storytelling with clubs, volunteers, and partnersSupport podcast production, distribution, and promotionCreate educational and explainer content that clearly communicates how SocialTies works and why it mattersIdentify what performs well, double down on strong formats, and evolve content over timeChannels include:InstagramLinkedInX / TwitterTikTokPodcastsIn-app SocialTies contentCommunity Support & EnablementSupport 20–30 communities over the next 12 monthsCreate content templates, playbooks, and practical guides for community managersTrain and onboard community volunteers and admins on content best practicesHelp communities plan matchday activations, interviews, and storytelling formatsTroubleshoot underperforming content and provide clear, constructive guidanceOccasionally post directly into community feeds when requiredA strong understanding of GAA culture, grassroots sport, and volunteer-led organisations is essential.Strategy & CollaborationWork closely with the Head of Marketing on content strategy for:SocialTies as a companyIndividual SocialTies communitiesContribute to editorial calendars and campaign planningProvide input on KPIs and performance insightsRole BalanceApproximate time split:70% hands-on content creation20% community support, training, and enablement10% strategy and planningWho This Role Is ForWe are open on years of experience.
