Job Title:Senior Technical Program ManagerOverview:OverviewThe Technology Regulatory Execution organization is a business enabler in ensuring that all Technology regulatory obligations are met at the highest standard. The team focuses on seamless execution and fulfilling technology regulatory obligations, fostering compliance and optimizing regulatory procedures.RoleThe role will support the Chief of Staff and Strategy function within the TREx organisation:•Assist in preparation of key updates to leadership•Support managing the TREx program, looking for opportunities to drive improvements in how streamline processes•Help manage the VOIP cycle and drive improvements in the process•Support the Strategy team on strategy, organization and resource management, and other executive priorities.•Support the regular team communications and updates on the EVP TREx strategy, as well as plan, coordinate, and keep strategic contents, including EVP TREx Overviews, and Business Reviews with key stakeholders.•Support engagement with People Business Partners to deliver an employee engagement and development strategy for EVP TREx organization, including creating a culture of high-performance, accountability and recognition. •Promote development and sharing of best practices and knowledge that build on the MasterCard's abilities to proactively address risks and priorities.All about You/Experience•Interpersonal and networking skills to bring the right people together and facilitate problem solving for the organization •Strong written communication and presentation skills for large and small audiences. •Can run with defined work with complete independence and can manage through areas with ambiguity to bring solution or lead discussions to get to solution. •Manages escalations with leadership effectively. •Makes decisions when needed that show leadership - and knows when decisions should be made by the leadership team. •Manages communications across all roles of the team effectively to ensure consistent messaging is present.
