Job Opportunity – Laboratory IT Systems Support CSV (Contract)
Location: Limerick, Ireland (On-site)
Contract Type: 12-month (extendable)

Role Overview:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to support and maintain computerized instrument systems across both laboratory and manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with data integrity, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards while providing critical technical support to system users and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support installation, validation, and maintenance of laboratory IT systems and analytical instruments.
* Develop strong functional knowledge of lab equipment software to support upgrades and troubleshooting.
* Author, review, and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and validation documents.
* Execute computer system validation activities in line with regulatory expectations.
* Provide end-user support, including training, ServiceNow ticket resolution, and vendor coordination.
* Perform audit trail reviews, access roster reviews, and monitor analytical PC backups.
* Manage Active Directory (AD), including account provisioning, permissions, groups, and policies.
* Support CAPAs, investigations, and change controls.
* Participate in audit preparation and system readiness.
* Act as a liaison between local operations and corporate IT teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
* Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or another regulated sector preferred.
* Knowledge of GxP compliance and data integrity principles.
* Experience with Active Directory administration.
* Familiarity with audit trail requirements and analytical system workflows.
* Strong decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks as needed.
Work Requirements:
* Must be available to work fully on-site in Limerick
* Occasional travel (up to once per quarter)
* Willingness to provide out-of-hours support when necessary
