The purpose of this position is a Commercial Claims Executive role working within our Commercial Lines division within our Western region.
The role entails working on commercial accounts with an account director/executive and managing all matters relating to claims.
This role is a hybrid role and can be based in our Galway, Cavan, Letterkenny or Sligo offices.
Claims Management
Distributing incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence related to claims.
Registering and setting up new claims onto the internal system.
Reviewing and analysing claim documentation, including policies, medical records, and witness statements.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date claim records, documentation and renewal reports.
Liaising with insurance underwriters, clients, and other relevant parties to gather necessary information for claim processing.
Preparing and issuing reports to clients regarding claim status and developments.
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient claim handling.
Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Staying updated on relevant industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to claims administration.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and being a true partner.
Enable customers to make informed decisions by sharing best advice and knowledge.
Customer Service
Provide professional, action-oriented and timely service to our customers, staff and management.

Team Collaboration
Work closely with designated Account Directors.
Work as part of a team environment to ensure all customer needs are met.
Compliance
Work with the team manager and compliance teams to ensure that quality of file records meets prescribed standards.
Requirements
APA Qualified / CIP Preferable
Strong attention to detail
