Business Development Representative
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our client's sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, be comfortable making a high volume of calls weekly, and skilled at managing leads to drive revenue growth. Industry-specific knowledge is a bonus but not required, as training will be provided.
This role is with a leading provider of print and marketing/promotional solutions. It suits an outgoing individual capable of managing a busy workload, multitasking, and working under pressure.
Experience:
* 1-3 years of sales experience.
OTE €60k+
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers daily via in-person meetings, Zoom, phone calls, and email, including follow-ups on quotes. Record all activities in the CRM and Business Management system.
* Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new clients.
* Coordinate with the production team and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to foster long-term growth.
* Identify and pursue leads from various sources, managing them effectively daily.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
* Maintain industry knowledge, trends, and competitive landscape.
Requirements:
* Experience in the print industry is a plus but not mandatory.
* Minimum of three years in a similar B2B role with a proven results record.
* Strong relationship-building, responsiveness, integrity, teamwork, negotiation, influencing, and sales closing skills.
* Excellent communication, professional phone manner, and customer focus.
* Driving license and access to a car.
