This part time position with a grown SME is a great opportunity for a Senior Bookkeeper or Accountant looking for a part-time role. Process supplier invoices, ensuring they have the necessary authorisation and are filed promptly. Maintain and reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements, ensuring proper documentation and approvals for all payments. Investigate and resolve all supplier queries. Manage bank transactions, including preparing monthly bank reconciliations Process supplier payments online and manage new bank account setups. Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounts preparation, as well as the annual financial audit. Requirements: Broad finance knowledge with experience working in a similar role - 7 years minimum Detail orientated Excellent communication skills
