My client based in Dublin West is looking for an experienced administrator that also has experience in organising travel & accommodation.
This is a permanent role that is fully onsite in their offices in Dublin 22.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for all travel-related matters across the organization - Manage the primary travel email inbox by monitoring incoming messages and prioritizing emails, and promptly forwarding them to the appropriate team members or departments as needed - Manage the travel, hotel accommodation, rental cars and transfers requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules - Ensure clear and timely communication between head office and approvers/on-site offices - Collaborate closely with the Finance Team to share and verify the latest data related to travel expenses and agreements - Oversee and support travel operations in Ireland and across European project sites - Handle administrative duties including invoices, payment approval, contract setup, documentation, and forms - Monitor and ensure compliance with all travel requests - Liaise with travel agency to guarantee high service standards and address any issues or complaints that arise - Maintain accurate records of all travel-related bookings - Prepare high quality reports as required - Provide regular updates on travel-related matters to the Travel Coordinator Lead and Finance Director - Assist the other areas of the Travel Department as required Requirements - Good command of English, both written and spoken - Organization, attention to detail, and time management - Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented - Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen - Extremely proficient in MS Office applications - Awareness about international travel regulations #Cpl OS25 #LI-LM8 Skills: Word Powerpoint Excel
