Grade VI Programme Support Officer, Sláintecare Transformation and Innovation Office, Technology & Transformation – internal HSE role open to employees of the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies per WRC Agreement 161867.
Responsibilities
Delivering a high‑quality office service in a busy environment.
Effectively and professionally engaging and communicating with team members, senior management and internal and external stakeholders.
Collating and analysing large volumes of data and producing high‑quality summary reports and presentations, including strong report‑writing skills for financial and non‑financial information.
Working with IFMS and demonstrating good knowledge of the purchase‑to‑pay process.
Working on one’s own initiative and delivering on set tasks within tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Significant experience of working in a busy office environment delivering high‑quality service.
Effective professional engagement and communication.
Strong data analysis and report‑writing skills.
Knowledge of IFMS and purchase‑to‑pay processes.
Self‑initiative and ability to meet tight deadlines.
