Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree or Professional Qualification in Property, Design, Build Environment, Construction, Engineering, Surveying, or Technical Discipline
Desirable Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Qualification in a Relevant Business Discipline
Experience and Skills
Essential Experience:
* Significant Senior-Level Experience in Leading Operational Teams and Property Projects/Programmes
* Procurement, Programme Management, and Budget Management Experience
* Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
* Detailed Understanding of Technical Issues related to Health Service, Estates, and Facilities Management
Desirable Experience:
* Comparable Role within Health Services Setting or Similar Setting
