Overview
A leading financial services business in Dublin is seeking a HR Advisor/ HR Executive to join their people team. This is a 6 month contract to start with and is a great opportunity to work in a corporate environment with lots of scope to support general HR services.
Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Partner with hiring managers to provide interview planning, clear communication, and support throughout the recruitment cycle.
* Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries, offering guidance on policies and systems to managers and staff.
* Process joiners, changes, and leavers efficiently while maintaining accurate HRIS updates and payroll coordination.
* Support employee relations cases (e.g., performance management, absence management) with empathetic guidance.
* Draft and update HR policies to ensure compliance with Irish employment law and best practices.
What You Bring
* Ideally 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist or advisory HR role within financial services or another regulated sector (experience in a financial services regulated environment if preferable)
* Proven track record managing full recruitment cycles while delivering a positive candidate experience.
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and confidence advising on employee relations matters.
* Experience with HRIS systems and payroll reporting accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships across all organisational levels.
* Proactive team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
