About the Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E Coordinator to join a well-established main contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the South East and Dublin.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering high-quality building services, ensuring that all Mechanical & Electrical packages are integrated seamlessly into the wider project. You’ll work closely with specialist subcontractors, project managers, and construction managers to coordinate works, manage information flow, and support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and oversee the work of M&E subcontractors to align with project goals
* Act as the main contractor’s point of contact for all M&E-related matters
* Translate technical details into actionable project planning inputs
* Support system turnover processes, testing, and commissioning requirements
* Ensure M&E packages align with project milestones and compliance standards
* Review technical drawings, submittals, and documentation, raising issues as needed
* Report directly to the Project Manager and Construction Manager
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in M&E coordination on construction projects
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors and consultants
* Familiarity with QA, EHS, scheduling, and system turnover processes
* Proficiency with technical drawing review and project management tools
