**About the Role**
We are excited to offer several opportunities for graduates to join our team as part of a two-year Graduate Management Programme. The placements will consist of four six-month periods, each focusing on personal development and meeting business needs. You will have the opportunity to work in various roles such as Health and Safety, Project Support, Quality, Production, and Sales support.
Upon completing the programme, you will have a clearer understanding of how you would like to further develop your career. We will provide guidance to help you map out your future within the organisation, along with information on suitable vacancies across the Smurfit Westrock Group.
**Requirements**
* A minimum of a 2.1 degree qualification.
* Strong communication and adaptability skills.
* Ability to work in Europe without a visa.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
* Recent graduate (within last 1-2 years).
