Financial Accountant Role
The Management Accountant for Acquisitions is responsible for supporting the Commercial Finance team in all aspects of acquisition management accounting.
About This Role
Integrate acquisitions into existing ways of working with a focus on alignment of reporting and planning. Support acquired finance teams in all aspects of onboarding and integration.
Main Responsibilities
* Integration of acquisitions into business operations.
* Lead weekly performance reports including sales, margin, and profit before tax for acquisitions.
* Support hard close process and year-end audits, including accruals and prepayments reviews.
* Collaborate with finance teams to achieve business objectives.
* Support key acquisition tasks such as goods not for resale benefits.
* Build relationships with acquired finance teams to facilitate integration.
The Ideal Candidate
Must have strong analytical skills and experience in financial management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills required.
