Main Responsibilities
* Liaise with the management team to ensure seamless store operations
* Assist in maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandise display
* Participate in sales target setting and monitoring, gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other key performance indicators
* Engage in ongoing training and development initiatives
* Manage assigned store departments
* Collaborate with colleagues to implement new ideas and improve workflows
Skills Required
* 1 year experience in the retail industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Cash handling skills
* Familiarity with fresh food products
* Strong work ethic and commercial awareness
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
