Our multinational technology firm is currently seeking an experienced Benefits Partner to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will oversee benefits administration for multiple countries across EMEA, work on continuous process improvement initiatives, and drive automation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits, collaborating with global stakeholders to provide a positive experience
- Assist the business in improving processes and systems solutions
- Communicate system and process changes effectively
- Manage partnerships with benefits vendors
- Drive project progress and initiate new ideas
- Maintain accurate documentation and data for systems and programs
- Serve as a liaison between employees, managers, payroll, and rewards departments
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to mitigate issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits
- Experience administering company and statutory benefits
- Strong background in benefits-related projects
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot reports and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
