What You Can Expect
The Operations Planner is responsible for managing the 0 – 6 Month Supply Plan for assigned product families, including Finished Goods & Semi-Finished Goods.
How You'll Create Impact
Strategy & Vision
* Responsible for the production schedule and ensuring any issues impacting its timely execution are communicated/escalated to relevant stakeholders.
Operations
* Generate weekly schedules aligned with the aggregate Supply Plan volumes through Month 6.
* Break down weekly schedules into daily plans through emergency time fences.
* Participate in daily/weekly operations meetings within the site.
* Highlight risks to supply and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate them, including Operations, Sourcing, Quality, Finance, and E2E.
* Participate in E2E Tier meetings and escalate risks through the Tier Structure.
* Monitor data accuracy in scheduling software.
* Manage and report on planning KPIs weekly, monthly, and daily.
* Collaborate to root cause red metrics, call out misses, and drive recovery plans.
* Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure standard processes are followed.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of planning practices.
* Participate in the monthly IBP process and understand plan capabilities for assigned product families.
* Assist in the annual budget process and update it through the Quarterly Projection Process.
* Foster communication between the supply chain team and other organizational functions.

Your Background
* 3rd Level Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; APICS/CPIM preferred.
* At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume regulated manufacturing environment, preferably medical devices.
* Strong understanding of MRP and experience with ERP systems like SAP or JD Edwards.
* Planning experience is preferred.
* Deep knowledge of order management, planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory control.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Travel Expectations
Travel may be required as per organizational needs.
