Underwriting Operations Analyst
We are seeking an Underwriting Operations Analyst to join our high-performing team based in Dublin. As a key member of the underwriting operations team, you will directly contribute to streamlining operations, enhancing controls, and providing insights that enable better business decisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in insurance underwriting operations to develop their skills and knowledge, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence across underwriting, reinsurance, and IT.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Supporting and improving underwriting processes and system developments.
* Producing and maintaining operational reports, dashboards, and analysis.
* Delivering ad-hoc support to underwriting and reinsurance teams.
About You:
You should have 2+ years' experience in an Irish insurance environment, strong analytical and Excel/reporting skills, be detail-oriented, proactive, and a great communicator, and hold a relevant professional qualification (APA, CIP).
