For our client, an Irish company based in Dublin city centre we are looking for a Business & Data AnalystThis analyst will be acrucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. They will analyse business processes, capture requirements, and translate them into innovative ICT solutions. Your insights will help shape digital projects, improve workflows, and enhance organisational performance.ResponsibilitiesConducting detailed business and data analysis to identify improvement opportunitiesDocumenting requirements through workshops, process mapping, and data visualisationsDeveloping reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQLLiaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project deliverySupporting testing, training, and change management effortsActing as Project Manager on assigned projects as neededRequirementsA relevant third-level qualificationMinimum 4 years' experience in business analysis, with a strong track record in project deliveryExpertise in data tools including SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and process improvement techniquesExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TFSExperience or interest in digital transformation, AI, or data integration projects is a plusHybrid work structure 2 days a week on site in Dublin city centreSalary: €57K p.a.Please note we can only accept applications from candidates with full working rights in Ireland
