Operations Administrator - Georgia DivisionNash Plumbing and Mechanical is seeking a reliable Office Administrator for our growing Georgia Division.
This position will require typical administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks and working effectively with minimal supervision.
They must be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policiesPrepare agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
for senior managementManage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.
)Support budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresAssist in creating material/equipment submittalsMaintain office supply inventory and place orders when necessaryMaintain financial records for Georgia projects in conjunction with Central Florida's Operations AdministratorSubmit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assignedCommunication with Central Florida office personnelAssist colleagues whenever necessaryRequirements and Skills: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesProficient with MS Office softwareAbility to function well in a fast-paced and at times, stressful environmentBasic understanding of how to operate standard business equipmentPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times
