They are now hiring an HR Generalist to support day-to-day operations and play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and HR delivery across warehouse, transport, and office teams.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can operate confidently in an operational environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer Screen, interview, and coordinate hiring with managers Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Onboarding Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hires are integrated effectively Support compliance and documentation for all new starters Employee Relations Act as a first point of contact for HR queries Support managers with employee relations and performance issues Ensure consistent application of company policies HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Support compliance with Irish employment legislation Assist with HR reporting, audits, and metrics Training & Development Support probation reviews and performance processes Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives Culture & Engagement Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention Build strong working relationships across all departments Requirements 24 years experience in a generalist HR role Experience in a fast-paced environment (logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or similar is an advantage) Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Professional, discreet, and solutions-focused Whats on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company pension 21 days annual leave (increasing with service) Hybrid working (12 days from home after probation) Employee Assistance Programme On-site parking Supportive and dynamic working environment Apply To apply, submit your CV via the Linked Skills platform or contact us directly for a confidential discussion.
