As a Marketing Executive for the Urban Hotels, the chosen candidate will be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary & exciting team of marketing professionals across The Doyle Collection hotel group. The aim of this role is be to provide marketing support to the Director of Marketing, The River Lee and Director of Marketing, Urban Hotels, in the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for 3 hotel properties in Dublin, Cork and Bristol, and their associated brands.
Based in The River Lee hotel, Cork and starting in April/May of 2026, with clear responsibilities, the opportunity for mentorship, and to learn about & be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities of the brands, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who wishes to start out or develop their experience within the marketing industry.

Some responsibilities of the role will include:
* Support the Directors of Marketing in the delivery of multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns across social media, advertising (ATL & BTL), digital, PR, experiential, events & partnerships.
* Management of all social media pages across The River Lee and the urban properties covering content development, calendar planning, moderation & community management, reporting and analysis, under the guidance and direction of the Directors of Marketing.
* Creation & development of marketing/communication briefs and materials including digital advertising, CRM, internal & external advertising & collateral, menus, newsletters, and any other materials deemed necessary
* Coordination of media promotions with PR agencies and associated media partners
* Coordination of content creation including website collateral, as well as compiling reports from Google Analytics & other analytic tools.
* Compilation of reports across digital, social and general campaign performance
* Research into the competitive landscape to isolate best-in-class marketing practices
* Be a custodian of the brands through implementation & sense-checking of all communications to ensure the highest of compliance to our brand guidelines.
The Ideal candidate:
* A creative and organised self-starter who can both work as part of a team and independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft suite
* Interested in and engage with social media marketing
* Natural interest in luxury brands, travel, food and drink.
