Job Title: Quality Systems Co-OrdinatorReports to: Quality ManagerJob PurposeWorking within a fast-paced environment the job holder will work with the Quality Manager providing support to the Quality Assurance department on day-to-day tasks. Working with the Quality Manager, the job holder will administrate the Quality system in Q-Pulse and support as appropriate customer quality queries, as well as manage the internal communications to the Management team.Role ResponsibilitiesCreating and updating various reports – daily/weekly/monthlyRespond to customer day to day queriesRaising and reporting Internal and External Deviations in Q-PulseSupporting Customer audits as requestedUpdating and administrating quality documents in Q-PulseWorking with the Management Team and site stakeholdersProgressing to closure – CAPA's, OFI's, EV'sInvestigation of customer queriesDecisions on quality in absence of Quality ManagerEnsure audit actions are completed and uploaded to Q-PulseManage the Internal CAPA system, communicate overdues to management teamQuality SystemAll functions to be carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management standard requirements with reference to the sites Quality Policy, Policy Manual & relevant Works Instructions.Work with Quality Manager to ensure that all aspects of PS9000 are integrated into the Quality system.Knowledge, Skills, ExperienceAbility to operate Microsoft Excel/Word (Creating graphs/WI/Process Maps)Skilled in information handling, analysis, and presentationQuality ConsciousCommunication skillsOther RequirementsFlexible and adaptable to change and prepared to take on additional responsibilities with other duties as required to meet business needs.
