We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Reception Manager to join our Reception Team Requirements: Ideally 3+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided Excellent written spoken English Main Duties: Manage all front office operations Ensure high standards of customer service Lead, train, and supervise the front office team; roster duty shifts; ensure continuous development.
Maintain and monitor front office financials Liaise with housekeeping maintenance to ensure accurate room status, smooth room turnovers, and guest rooms ready on time.
Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
