We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Reception Manager to join our Reception Team
Requirements:
Ideally 3+ years' experience in a similar role but training will be provided
Excellent written & spoken English
Main Duties:
Manage all front office operations
Ensure high standards of customer service
Lead, train, and supervise the front office team; roster duty shifts; ensure continuous development.
Maintain and monitor front office financials
Liaise with housekeeping & maintenance to ensure accurate room status, smooth room turnovers, and guest rooms ready on time.
Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
