We are the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across the island of Ireland, and we are seeking a Communications and Content Manager to join our Dublin-based team on a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week). As a key member of our in-house marketing function, you will develop and manage the company-wide communications plan and create compelling, brand-aligned content that engages clients and informs employees. You will play a central role in producing relevant, high-quality material for both internal and external channels. We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional with strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities. You should be a fast learner who can build effective relationships at all organisational levels. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage company communications plan to include internal and external channels Create engaging and strategic content that sits across multiple channels and promotes the organisations' (Compass Ireland & Glanmore Foods) key messages. Ability to manage social media accounts, schedule / publish content, research and plan content Create engaging photo, video, and written content showcasing people, food, workplace experiences, and client partnerships. Manage community interactions, respond to enquiries, and track social media performance. Oversee website content Work with photographers, designers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content. Launch of internal communications app and managing content on an ongoing basis. Support leadership with messaging for town halls, team meetings, and staff briefings Support with internal and external events, including conferences and awards. Analyse digital metrics and use insights to refine content strategy. About You: At least five years of related experience in internal communications, copy writing, PR, journalism or content creation Proven experience in communications, content creation, social media management Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to various channels and audiences Experience managing multiple channels and content calendars simultaneously. Strong understanding of brand voice, tone, and visual consistency. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as operations, culinary, HR, and sales. Confident in managing social media platforms and digital analytics tools. Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience capturing photos and short-form video content (e.g., reels) for use across social media platforms, ensuring imagery aligns with brand standards Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software e.g. for content scheduling, photo/video editing Compass Group reserves the right to enhance the criteria, if necessary, for the purposes of shortlisting.
