This position involves leading daily management of multiple live acquisition projects, maintaining clear project structures and milestones across teams. Key responsibilities include M&A leadership & project management, financial due diligence & valuation, acquisition finance & tax coordination, legal documentation & SPA support, integration of finance operations and wider business support.
