Your mission as HR Generalist:
In this role, you will act as business partner for our managing director and management team, supporting both strategic initiatives (engagement, development, culture...) and day-to-day operations. You enjoy working with different departments, from operations to sales to staff functions, and will be based in our office in Roscommon.
What else will you be doing?
Provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees across the business;
Advise and coach managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations;
Support talent development initiatives and organisational change projects;
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, in collaboration with the central recruiting team;
Handle HR administration, including contracts, employee files, and compliance documentation;
Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and CWS Hygiene standards;
Collaborate closely with regional and international HR colleagues on cross-border initiatives!

You have a strong background as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner which you would like to use to further build our HR set-up in Ireland;
Solid knowledge of Irish employment legislation;
As this is a stand alone hands-on role (but of course with support from the wider HR function), we can describe you as someone who likes to take initiative, enjoys driving HR topics forward and is not afraid to try things out;
Native level of English, both written and spoken;
Experience in recruitment and HR admin would be preferred, as you would be involved in these topics as well.
