Job Description:The Central Hotel, Donegal Town are seeking a reliable and dedicated Night Porter to join our team. Full-time or part-time role will be considered.Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways and restrooms throughout the night.Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as requiredEnsure only guests are allowed beyond the reception areas for security and safety reasons.Respond to guest inquiries and assist with any late-night requests.Conduct regular checks of the hotel premises to ensure everything is secure and in order.Provide support to other staff members as needed including light maintenance.Report any maintenance or security issues to the relevant departments.Provide a friendly and professional service to ensure excellent customer service.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.Excellence communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good attention to detail and cleanliness standards.Must be available to work overnight, including weekends and holidays.If you are a motivated individual who wants to be part of a great team, we would love to hear from youSalary depends on experience.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 9 – 27 per weekBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
