Account Receivable Support Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to support our busy finance team as an Account Receivable Specialist.
Job Summary:
This role focuses on assisting with the account receivable process, ensuring timely payment collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. If you have experience in account receivable or finance administration and possess strong communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and allocate incoming payments to the correct customer accounts.
* Provide support with daily account receivable activities.
* Generate and distribute monthly account statements.
* Digitise and send proof of delivery documents.
* Assist the Finance Team with various ad hoc tasks.
* Carry out credit checks for new customers and help set up their accounts.
* Undertake additional administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in account receivable or finance administration (desirable).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Desire to learn and develop new skills within the position.
