Master Recruitment is currently looking for Event Crew to join our Busy Events Division. Our events include corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and exhibitions. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup and teardown of event equipment, including tables, chairs, stages, and audio‑visual components.
* Support event coordinators in managing event logistics and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
* Help with registration and guest services, providing excellent customer service to attendees.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all participants.
* Collaborate with team members to address any unexpected issues that arise during events.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after the event.
* Assist in inventory management of event supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
* Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* A good knowledge of audio‑visual equipment is a plus.
