Red Chair Recruitment is delighted to partner with a leading financial services provider as they continue to expand their footprint across Ireland. We are currently seeking a B2B Business Development Manager to drive broker engagement and develop strategic partnerships in Munster.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing and target-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing market share, strengthening broker relationships, and promoting a diverse portfolio of financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s panel of brokers in Munster and surrounding areas
* Proactively develop new broker relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships
* Drive sales performance across the full suite of pension and investment products
* Provide responsive support and solutions to broker queries and issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
Requirements:
* Full QFA qualification is essential; RPA certification is a distinct advantage
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry
* Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Highly motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
* Competent IT skills and familiarity with CRM tools
