Our client, a leading Tier 1 main contractor, is looking for a
Junior Quantity Surveyor
to join their team on major residential projects in North Dublin. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, receive mentoring, and grow your career in a structured, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with project budgets, cost plans, and bills of quantities.
* Support tender preparation and contract administration.
* Track costs, manage variations, and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
* 1–2 years' construction experience (placements considered).
* Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and a proactive approach.
* Full, clean driving licence.
