Senior Learning & Development Lead

* Design, develop, and deliver learning content in support of team success both currently and in the future.
* Partner with key leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing organisational capability, identifying skill gaps across functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering learning content to enable team success both currently and in the future.
Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with the HR Business Partnering team, partner with key leaders to identify opportunities for enhancing organisational capability, identifying skill gaps across all functions.
* Take responsibility for the design, development and delivery of learning solutions.
* Manage the execution of training initiatives through various modalities including workshops, virtual instructor-led training, e-learning modules and blended learning, ensuring high engagement and effectiveness.
