Today, we employ over 90 team members around the country, with an annual turnover of over €33 million in 2024 and have ambitious plans to grow further.ROLE OVERVIEWReporting to the Senior IT Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT Service Desk Administrator to join a dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to system administration, hardware maintenance and support and contribution to various IT projects. As day-to-day responsibilities may change, it is paramount that the successful candidate has a high degree of flexibility, as well as an ability to juggle multiple priorities and workloads with ease.WHAT YOU WILL DOSupporting the Senior IT Manager in the execution of IT strategy.Administration of key systems and infrastructure, including level 1-2 break-fix, user account management.Creating and updating documentation on systems and support issues.The completion of routine and proactive preventative maintenance.Management of end user devices including provisioning of new computers and smartphones, OS imaging, software installation and profile configuration.Managing the deployment and security of mobile devices through Microsoft Intune mobile device management software.Assisting with our vulnerability and patch management processes, ensuring user devices are kept secure and up to date.Administration of core IT infrastructure including AD, Microsoft 365, backups, liaising with third party support providers.Collaborate with other members of the IT team to handle all incidents and requests related to infrastructure, client hardware and Microsoft365.Record and action incidents through our IT service management service desk tools.Collaborate with and drive managed service partners to ensure the timely resolution of issues through support escalation processes.Contribute to selected IT projects.WHAT YOU WILL BRING2 years' experience or more, as an IT Service Desk Agent or Desktop Support administrator.A third level qualification in an IT related discipline, is requiredCertification to any of the below is desirable:ITILv4CompTIA A+, or similarWindows ServerCompTIA network +, CCNA, or similarCompTIA Security+, or similarExperience in configuring and administering Microsoft365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender are all considered beneficial.Experience working within a corporate network and troubleshooting basic network issues.Knowledge of current IT threat landscape and defences.A creative and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving ability and high personal drive.Excellent written and verbal communication.Trustworthy and maintains good data protection practices in all activities.WHAT WE OFFER:Salary DOE23 Days Annual Leave3 days of Celebratory LeaveExtensive Family Friendly PoliciesOn Site Free Gym AccessFlexible and Hybrid Working OptionsCompany Pension Scheme with Life AssuranceEducational Assistance ProgramColleague Reward & Recognition SchemeOnsite canteen with coffee, light breakfast and snacks provided.Staff parkingCertified Great Place to Work and Best Workplace IrelandTo apply please submit your CV/Resume to Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
