Financial Reporting Associate Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Financial & Regulatory Reporting Team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance across the board.
About the Role
The Financial Reporting Associate will focus on regulatory reporting services to clients in EMEA, delivering high-profile and vital services that contribute to the continued development and success of our operations group.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver Service to Clients: Ensure the preparation and review of regulatory returns in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
* Regulatory Reporting Services: Deliver regulatory and client reporting services including PRIIPS KIDs, EPTs, EMTs, TPT's (Solvency II), AIFMD (Annex IV Reporting), AIC MIR Reporting, CTI Reporting, UK ONS Reporting etc. to EMEA clients.
* Manage Changes: Manage any changes to existing regulatory reporting requested by the Central Bank of Ireland and other European regulators.
* Internal Controls: Ensure checklists and internal control guidance is followed during accounts & returns production.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and prior experience of regulatory reporting requirements for funds domiciled and sold within Europe.
* Financial Instruments: Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatment (e.g. Derivatives, Equities, Bonds).
* Funds Types: Knowledge of funds types (e.g. ICAVs, Unit Trusts, Investment Companies, CCFs).
* Software Packages: Proficient knowledge of software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with data transformation tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, OWL DQ) and new client onboardings/onboarding of new services would be advantageous.
