This hugely successful pharmaceutical organisation are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join a busy, fast-paced team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service experience managing orders, processing returns, handling enquiries, and coordinating deliveries with internal teams and external partners.

The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and experience within the pharmaceutical or service industry will be a distinct advantage.
