We are working exclusively with a highly ambitious real estate group who are now hiring a Chartered Surveyor to join its team to identify investment opportunities across the Greater Dublin Area.The Role:Work alongside an experienced Managing Director to identify investment/development opportunities across sectors such as Resi, Commercial, Healthcare etcAnalysis of valuations in Argus and ExcelWork closely with the in -house Strategy and Development teams on various projects to include design, viability and leasingDesign and lead marketing / leasing campaigns for various assets
RequirementsRelevant degree/masters in Real EstateChartered Surveyor with years relevant experienceStrong commercial and analytical (Excel and Argus) skills are requiredExcellent communications skills
