Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Global Business Services, the GBS Transformation & Portfolio Lead is a critical enabler of GBS success; responsible for managing coordination and delivery of change and transformation across the GBS scope.
Key Responsibilities
* Transformation Leadership
o Manage the coordination and delivery of transformation initiatives across the GBS scope.
o Ensure alignment of transformation outcomes with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
o Lead cross‑functional teams to drive change readiness and adoption.
* Portfolio & Programme Governance
o Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for GBS programmes and portfolios.
o Oversee initiative prioritisation, funding allocation, and business case evaluation.
o Ensure transparency and accountability across the transformation portfolio.
* Value Realisation & Reporting
o Track and report on value delivery across transformation initiatives.
o Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, ROI, and strategic impact.
o Partner with finance and business units to validate benefits and ensure sustainability.
* Transition Management
o Develop and execute transition plans to support migration of processes, systems, and teams during transformation.
o Manage risks and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working.
* Project Delivery and Business Analysis
o Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of transformation projects, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
o Conduct business analysis to identify requirements, assess impacts, and support solution design for GBS initiatives.
* Process Governance Including Risk & Controls
o Establish and maintain process governance frameworks, including risk identification, mitigation strategies, and control mechanisms.
o Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations across GBS processes.
* Process Document Management
o Develop, maintain, and govern process documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
o Implement document management standards and tools to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in transformation, programme management, or shared services leadership.
* 8+ years of experience in global services, shared service and outsourcing.
* Bachelor’s or master’s in a relevant field.
* Experience of leading a portfolio of programmes with over €20 million value realisation, involving suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of process excellence, governance, and performance management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Customer‑focused approach to planning and delivery.
* Experience with research, analysis, and project management (Agile or traditional frameworks).
