What are your challenges at I-care?
* After a solid introduction and training period where you will learn about our entire products and services portfolio, you will become the commercial lead in your region.
* Your key role will be exploring market opportunities (greenfield business development).
* Your main focus will be growing new business for I-care, detecting opportunities, identifying specific customer needs, and translating these into tailored I-care solutions, supported by our internal expert teams (predictive maintenance, prescriptive maintenance, reliability, lubrication engineering, industry).
* You will also grow our existing customer base by cross-selling and introducing new services (reliability, talent, RCL, etc.). Therefore, you will work closely with Key Account Managers and Product Managers to assist them and their clients on a (inter)national level.
Who are we looking for?
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of commercial experience in industrial environments.
* You are passionate about expanding your professional network and approaching new customers by creating solutions for their pain points.
* Next to your interest or experience in predictive maintenance and reliability, you are eager to introduce new technologies and applications related to maintenance.
* You are result-oriented and capable of developing business cases to support your solutions.
* You are a good listener, self-organized, creative, and persistent.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
