* To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team in service delivery, reporting to the designated manager as required.
* To participate in on-floor duties, including shift coordination and supervision of other staff under direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Developing individualised plans that meet the unique needs of each resident;
2. Facilitating daily routines, including personal care activities;
3. Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless provision of medical interventions;
