Senior HR Manager / Dublin 24 Our client is a large healthcare organization seeking a HR professional to join their team and play operational and strategic part supporting the business. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with the organisations goals, employee engagement, talent management, organizational development, ER/IR and ensuring compliance within healthcare-specific HR practices. Providing full support to the HR Director. Excellent salary and benefits. The Role: Strategic Partnership: Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership in many departments. People management: Managing a well-developed HR team, motivating and guiding them. Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the right talent is in place to meet healthcare delivery needs. Employee Relations and Industrial Relations: Manage complex employee relations issues with an emphasis on resolution, legal compliance, and maintaining a positive work environment. Working collaboratively with the Unions. Organizational Development: Assist in the design and implementation of organizational changes, cultural initiatives, and leadership development programs that align with healthcare standards and goals. Compliance and Policy: Ensure adherence to healthcare labor laws, Joint Commission requirements, HIPAA regulations, and internal HR policies. Data and Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decisions on turnover, engagement, staffing levels, and compensation. Training & Development: Support leadership and employee training initiatives focused on healthcare competencies, diversity, patient care excellence, and regulatory requirements. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Promote inclusive practices that reflect the values of the healthcare community and meet the needs of diverse patient populations. The Candidate: Third level HR Degree CIPD qualified Strong HR management, people management, IR/ER essential Strong knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulations Proven experience in strategic HR leadership and employee relations/industrial relations Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Have drive and passion for HR with a well-paced and calm demeanour Call Carol on to discuss further Skills: HR professional ready to step to a Senior role ER/IR WRC See spec Benefits: Excellent
