To support our ongoing expansion, were now seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Specialistto help strengthen our brand presence, develop engaging digital content, and showcase the quality and expertise that define KWS.
About the Role As a key member of our team, youll play an active part in shaping KWSs marketing activities from managing our online store and social media channels to creating and curating engaging content that highlights our products, services, and people.
This part-time roleis ideal for a proactive, organized, and creative individual whos eager to contribute ideas and bring fresh energy to a well-established Irish company.
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the KWS online webstore add new products, descriptions, and visuals.
Liaise with suppliersto source marketing materials including images and videos.
Create and designengaging weekly content for social media channels.
Manage and schedule posts across multiple social media platformsto ensure consistent, up-to-date content.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, particularly through Klaviyo, to engage customers and drive sales.
Provide exceptional customer service answer calls and assist customers when needed.
Support the day-to-day runningof the business and assist with marketing campaigns and events.
Skills & Experience 12 years experiencein a marketing or related role (retail, e-commerce, or communications preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A team playerwho can also work independently and multitask effectively.
A creative thinkerwith a keen eye for detail.
Good understanding of social media platformsand content trends.
Experience using Canvaor other design/PDF editing tools.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms, especially Klaviyo, Understanding of SEO, Google Analyticsand paid advertising.
Must hold a full, clean driving licence.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
