We're looking for a
Technical Support Representative (EMEA)
to join our remote team — providing exceptional support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a great experience for our global customers.
What You'll Do:
* Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to customers via email, chat, or phone
* Diagnose and troubleshoot software or hardware-related issues
* Guide users through product setup, configuration, and usage
* Escalate complex cases to higher-level technical teams when needed
* Document issues, solutions, and best practices for internal use
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to improve user experience
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on system changes
* Ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and empathy
What We're Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication abilities in English (other EMEA languages are a plus)
* Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)
* Basic understanding of networking, system administration, or SaaS platforms
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
* Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail
* Availability to work flexible hours within EMEA time zones
